What Is Research H2O?
Research H2O is Lab1’s premium laboratory water used for scientific maintenance, calibration, and reconstituting reagents. Our formulation contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol for multi-dose applications requiring repeated aseptic withdrawal.
Lab1 Research H₂O is produced to stringent quality specifications suitable for molecular biology workflows, analytical techniques, and the upkeep of precision laboratory equipment.
What Makes Lab1 Research H2O Unique?
LAB1 Research H2O features:
0.9% Benzyl alcohol preservative that inhibits bacterial growth when sterile technique is employed

How often do you update the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your products?
We issue a new Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every new batch we produce. We do not retest previous batches because each COA remains valid for its respective batch until that batch reaches its expiration date.
Retesting may occur in line with the production schedule of new batches, which can vary—typically every 3, 6, or 12 months depending on demand and production planning.
How do I know if a seller is authorized?
Only Dragon Labs LLC is authorized to sell LAB1™ products on Amazon. All LAB1 products should trace back to Dragon Labs LLC as the source.
Where can I buy authentic LAB1 products?
LAB1™ products are available through our official Amazon Store (LAB1™ storefront) and through lab1x.com website.
02. Shipment
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship ONLY within the 50 United States. We DO NOT ship to:
Any country outside the USA
U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)
Military APO/FPO addresses
All orders must have a valid United States address.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once a shipment has left our facility, we are unable to make changes to the delivery.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders placed before 1 PM CT/CST on business days: Ship same day
Orders placed after 1 PM CT/CST: Ship next business day
Orders placed on weekends or holidays: Ship next business day
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with your tracking number and order summary within 24 hours after your order ships. For example:
Monday 1 PM order → ships Monday → email by Tuesday
Tuesday 4 PM order → ships Wednesday → email by Thursday
Friday 3 PM order → ships Monday → email by Tuesday
Saturday order → ships Monday → email by Tuesday
